"Okay," he mewed. "First, you need to find prey, of course. Then you need to pinpoint it's location." Then he dropped into the hunter's crouch. "This is what you should do when you know where the prey is. Step lightly, and when you're close enough, pounce onto whatever you found and bite it's neck before it can escape." he sat up straight again. "But different types of prey will know when you're there in different types of ways. A mouse feels your pawsteps, so you need to step really lightly when you're catching one. A rabbit hears you, so you need to make the least amount of sound possible to catch one. Do you get it?"

Holypaw heard scuffling and assumed it was a mouse. She got in her hunting position and waited until she heard it and knew where it was.
She snuck up on it with light feet and pounced on it killing it with a short poerful biute.
She was certainly surprised.
